Do you know where I am?

Do you know where I am?

Who can tell me what famous location is pictured here?
Can you name the title of the sitcom(s) that were filmed here?
Were there more than one sitcom that was filmed here?

Hint: There were a few episodes which were filmed on-location in Hawaii.

1. Mold and Mildew
If mold and mildew issue occurs, a homeowner should react immediately. If ignored, it can cost $1000s in repairs. There have been cases where the homeowner actually covers the mold and mildew in order to avoid the costly repairs. A home inspection can protect you from this costly mistake.

2. Moisture
When shopping for homes, you more than likely will not be entering the crawl space yourself. Moisture in the walls and floors may deteriorate materials under the flooring that you can't see and attract insects - so beware!

3. Roof and Chimney
You aren't able to see the roof and chimney while you are viewing the home. What is there to see? The shingles could be rotted, the chimney could have a blockage which could create a health hazard or even the chimney brick may have damage.

4. Electricity
It's important to have the electricity to be checked to ensure the circuit breakers and systems are up to date.

5. Heating & Cooling
Heating and cooling units are expensive. Your units need to be efficient and up to standards. Without an inspection, you could be looking at some uncomfortable nights and an uncomfortable wallet.

Home Inspections save you money.

6. Foundation
When looking at a home, you can see the outside of the foundation, but is it solid? Is the structure crumbling on the inside or is it good for another ten years? Not worth the risk.

7. Appliances
Do you know how to tell how old appliances are? How about a hot water heater? Are the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in working order? Garbage disposal?

CALIFORNIA – The National Weather Service has canceled a tsunami watch for the California coast following a 7.9-magnitude earthquake that struck off the coast of Alaska. An initial tsunami watch covered the coast from the California border with Mexico to the Washington border with British Columbia.
The earthquake struck at 12:31 a.m. Tuesday – 1:31 a.m. Pacific Standard Time – about 175 miles southeast of the city of Kodiak, the main city on Kodiak Island, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The earthquake had a preliminary magnitude of 8.2, but officials have since downgraded it to a 7.9-magnitude quake. A series of aftershocks followed the quake.
The tsunami watch was canceled for the California coast, as well as the coastal areas of Washington and Oregon, at 4:16 a.m. A tsunami was generated as a result of the earthquake, weather officials said, but it does not pose a threat to California. Some areas may see small sea level changes, according to weather officials.
